NeueHouse opening global HQ near Madison Square Park

Shared co-working space provider NeueHouse is opening its first global headquarters near Madison Square Park.

The firm signed a 10-year lease for more than 8,700 square feet at ATCO Properties & Management’s 373 Park Avenue South, located between East 26th and 27th streets. NeueHouse will occupy the entire fifth floor of the 12-story, 102,552-square-foot building. (more…)
