Flushing retail property prices surge in 2015

New developments pepper Flushing, and demand for residential, office and especially retail properties is rising to unprecedented levels.

Helen Keller nonprofit looks to sell large DoBro building

Helen Keller Services for the Blind is looking to sell a 96,000-square-foot Downtown Brooklyn office building that offers nearly 200,000 square feet, The Real Deal has learned.
