Rock star Jon Bon Jovi has sold his penthouse at 158 Mercer Street for $34 million, according to property records filed with the city Friday. Austrian-American businessman Gerhard Andlinger is the buyer of Bon Jovi’s pad, as previously reported by The Real Deal. They went into contract in March. Bon Jovi bought the pad in 2007 for $24 million. (more…)
