Mike Myers lists two Soho units for $21.5 million

Actor Mike Myers, best known for “Austin Powers,” “Wayne’s World” and “Shrek,” is sweetening the deal for the potential new buyer of his duplex Soho condo, according to Curbed. Myers chopped the price of his unit by $1 million, but is also offering an additional penthouse unit at 72 Mercer Street. (more…)
